These terms explain the general basis for project quotes and delivery. Your written quote defines the final scope, milestones, and payment schedule.

1. Quotes and scope
Website prices are starting ranges in USD. Before work begins, we confirm the exact deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, timeline, and price in writing. Work outside that agreed scope requires a separate estimate or written change.
2. Timing and revisions
Published timelines use business days and begin after the agreed payment and all required files, references, access, and decisions are received. Unless the quote says otherwise, one reasonable revision round within the approved scope is included. Client delays and new requirements may move the delivery date.
3. Client materials and accounts
You confirm that you have the right to provide any logos, artwork, models, code, music, fonts, or other materials used in the project. Developer accounts, hosting, GPU usage, paid assets, APIs, and third-party licences are paid by you unless the quote explicitly includes them.
4. Store submission
Google Play and Apple control their own policies, testing requirements, review times, and approval decisions. We can prepare and submit compliant materials, but cannot guarantee approval or a specific review date. Changes unrelated to our upload work are quoted separately.
5. Payment, cancellation, and handover
The project quote sets the deposit and milestone schedule. Completed milestones, approved work, and third-party costs are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled, outstanding completed work remains payable. Final source files and agreed usage or ownership rights are handed over after full payment.
6. Intellectual property
Your final quote states what is transferred or licensed. Your supplied materials remain yours. Our pre-existing tools, reusable systems, templates, techniques, and third-party components remain subject to their existing ownership and licences.
7. Results and liability
We build toward the agreed technical deliverables, but do not guarantee downloads, revenue, store ranking, sales, or another commercial result. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected project.
